4D HIFU - High Intensity Focused Ultrasound
4D High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (4D HIFU) treatment has become one of the most sought-after lifting treatments for face, neck and body without going under the knife. Just one session can tighten and lift the skin, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve skin tone, providing visible results that will last up to 3 years. 4D HIFU treatment has proven effective on the face, sagging jowls, chins and much more. Derma Pen Microneedling And Mesotherapy
As we age, we lose collagen in the skin due to external factors such as sun exposure, smoking, skin care regime and internal factors such as genetics. As our body ages, our ability to replenish our collagen level reduces and the skin starts to look saggy, lax and wrinkled. To prevent this and replenish the collagen that has been lost, inducing the over production of collagen helps skin to become more youthful, plump and radiant. This is where microneedling plays a part!
Microneedling is the process of pricking the skin with thousands of microneedles which can range from 0.5mm to 2mm that create small micro-channels in the skin. To achieve this, a small head containing around 12 of the microneedles is attached to a hand-held device which 'stamps' the needles at a fast rate over the skin. The trauma created by the formation of the micro-channels stimulates collagen and fibroblasts to repair the mini traumas and in turn, the new skin formed underneath has excess collagen and a more unified structure. Therefore, the skin appears plump and youthful as it has the support underneath to bounce back.
The micro-channels also allow a gateway for product to be delivered to the deeper layers of the skin as they increase absorption of topical products by 1000 times. At Ashton's Aesthetics, 2ml of serum, personalised to your individual requirements, is applied to the skin. This is then 'stamped' over again with the microneedling device to deliver the ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and vitamin C to the deeper layers of the skin where they are needed.
Plasma Fibroblast Treatment And Non Surgical Eye Lift
Plasma fibroblast therapy is an aesthetic procedure some healthcare providers may offer as an alternative to laser, injections or surgical therapies to tighten and improve the appearance of skin.
What is plasma fibroblast therapy?
Plasma fibroblast therapy targets fibroblasts. These are collagen and protein producing cells in the dermis, the layer of skin just below your outermost skin layer. Fibroblasts play an important role in helping skin wounds heal as well as maintaining skin firmness and tightness.
Plasma fibroblast therapy uses a pen-like device that discharges a high-frequency electric current to small areas of the skin. The plasma tip doesn’t directly touch the skin, but instead releases a targeted current just above the skin. The hot current creates small holes, or micro-injuries to the skin. According to a 2019 article published in the PMFA journal, the thermal disruption or heat damage from plasma fibroblast therapy does the following:
- breaks down proteins in the skin
- encourages tissue regeneration
- stimulates fibroblast activity
- causes tissue contraction (tightening)
Healthcare providers may also call this approach plasma skin resurfacing.

Needle Free Lip Fillers - Non Injectable Hyaluronic Fillers
This is the latest beauty treatment using the non-needle approach with hyaluronic acid fillers. This treatment is performed using a Hyaluron Pen device with an oxygen infusion technique for plumping the skin. This treatment can be used to enhance lips or diminish fine lines and wrinkles. This amazing non-invasive technique offers enhancement to the same targeted areas as typical needle injections. The difference is the use of high-pressure technology to insert hyaluronic acid as opposed to injectables.
